Aerica is a certified public accountant. She has successfully administered end-to-end accounting functions for clients across multiple industries. Specifically working with not for profit and philanthropy providing support on the monthly close process, audit, and tax preparation. Enhancing processes and controls make her an asset in maintaining compliance, improving financial reporting, and increasing funding opportunities.

Aerica strives to be a trusted partner to allow organizations to focus on their mission and work in the community.

Her parents instilled in her ethical responsibility, a love for learning and education. This has helped to cultivate a belief that you can learn or gain something from every experience. She resides in Chicago, is a foodie at heart and dog mom.

Amanda Perryman is a dedicated and accomplished Senior Financial Consultant at Converge Consulting, where she leverages her expertise to drive financial success for a diverse range of non-profit organizations. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and over a decade of specialized experience in non-profit accounting, Amanda has become a trusted partner for her clients, providing them with comprehensive financial strategies and insights that enable them to thrive in a complex fiscal landscape.

In her role at Converge Consulting, Amanda collaborates closely with clients to assess their financial health and devise innovative solutions that align with their mission and goals. She strives to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and empower non-profit leaders to make informed decisions.

Amanda lives in Carbondale, IL with her husband and three daughters.  Amanda’s family-oriented values often reflect in her professional life, where she advocates for ethical practices and social responsibility within the non-profit sector.  She is a proud member of her local Lions Club and enjoys being an active member of her community.
